It is so good to have you on the show, Andrew. Welcome.

Thank you very much for having me. I appreciate it.

I’ve been trying to get you on for a little while for a number of reasons. The main one is I’ve been going down the rabbit hole of this whole longevity health space like a lot of other people. Over the last couple of years, it’s accelerated both on my own, in the way that I’m operating individually, but also even in the projects that I’m getting involved in.

I’m completely fascinated by the whole space. It’s such a positive space to be involved with because it’s so value-additive to our health and our lives. When you’re growing up, they say to you, “You need your health.” It’s not something you think about until you get to a certain point in your life and think, “I’m going to invest everything in health,” because you want to live a better, longer and healthier life.

The trends that are going on in the space are around things like stem cell therapies, etc. I’ve had a gentleman on the show for that. The next big topic that everyone’s talking about is peptides. I’m not much of an Instagram or social media person. Even if you’re talking about it, your phone’s listening to you. If you open up any one of these social media apps, you’re going to hear some influence or someone talking about peptides.

How Peptides Can Restore Your Youthful Self

I want to start off our conversation by deep diving into the world of peptides. Full disclosure, I take peptides. Even more transparent, I take your peptides. You’ll talk about it as you’ve got a range of peptides. It goes without saying that when you’re putting something into your body that’s relatively new in terms of research, it’s important to have a safe, high-quality product no matter what. A lot of the issues around what’s out there and what people are selling is that there are a lot of risks attached to that.

How do you trust the party? What’s in the packet is what it is? Number one. Number two, where was it produced? Are there impurities? Does it carry any health risks? As we’re getting into this space, how do you know what you’re getting into this space? I will start at a high level, and then I’m going to want to go down into the individual peptides that exist out there because it’s very confusing for people. When you say peptides, there are an unlimited number of peptides.

I went on ChatGPT to ask what the top ten trending peptides are that everyone’s talking about. I’ll run through that list, but to start off with, how do you know what you’re getting in general? What do peptides do for you at a high level? How do you know what you’re getting and who to get them from? They’re not so readily and easily available because it’s quite a frontier at this stage. Why don’t we start off with that?

Those are good questions. That’s the first question I get asked all the time. Let’s simplify it in the beginning, and then we’ll build up to that high level. All of that is a bond of amino acids less than 40. A bond of amino acids of 41 or more is a protein. We’re all born with hundreds of thousands of peptides in our bodies, but as we get older, those peptides start to diminish, whether it’s from an injury or age. There are a whole lot of different factors that cause those peptides to diminish.

As you get older, and when I’m talking about older, I’m talking about as you’ve gone through certain injuries or gone through life events, or you’ve been a very active individual. Your body doesn’t recover as quickly as it used to when you were younger. If you take a young baby and there is a cut on their skin. Within a day, that skin is repaired and the scab form. Two days later, the scabs have fallen off, and it’s like nothing happened. As you get older, in a simplistic form, it takes longer for the scab to form and the wound to heal.

All the peptide is doing is getting your body back to where it was when you were younger within your body’s capabilities. It’s personally very different for everybody. My capabilities of healing might be 100. Yours might be 200. I’m never going to get to 200. It works in your body’s ability as it was at its full strength when you were younger.

You’re not going to increase your potential capacity by using these peptides. It is going to help you get to your capacity. Is that right?

Correct. You are capable of achieving when you were younger or not injured. The next thing is purity. There are so many peptides, and I agree with you 100%. Every time I open my phone, there’s somebody else talking about peptides or somebody saying, “The pH isn’t balanced. This is wrong. Don’t mix these peptides.” It’s very confusing for a lot of people. Growing up, being very active in the fitness industry, I have never put anything into my body that I thought wouldn’t be sustainable or that would cause any kind of side effects. I have never taken any steroids.

Steroids were a big thing in the ‘70s and ‘80s, but they have dropped off. Are steroids a thing? Do people talk about steroids still? In the bodybuilding world, is it being replaced by peptides?

In the bodybuilding world, people always want to see the biggest person. Some people always take steroids and take them on their own. I’ve never taken it. The reality is, we’re talking about health span. We’re talking about living healthier for a long time. You don’t want to get to 70, and then your liver, your kidneys, and everything is failing.

You’ve lived to 70. You’ve lived a nice age, but your quality of life is compromised. This is about increasing the quality of life at an older age, still being able to be as active as you were when you were young, and do the things that you’d want to do with your kids or your grandkids. Whereas anything that’s not sustainable that causes some kind of short-term benefit is detrimental to the body long-term.

Peptides increase the quality of life at an older age. It allows you to be as active as you were when you were younger and do the things you want with your kids or grandkids. Share on X

Give me examples of those things. What’s in that category?

Steroids, for example. If you’re taking an antibiotic steroid, you’re going to look great for a show then you’re going to bulk up after. You might take a steroid that gets you lean, but it puts a lot of stress on your body, such as crash dieting, going to the lean phase, and putting on bulk. All those kinds of things are detrimental. Also, when you’re putting testosterone into your body, your body’s ability to produce its own testosterone shuts down. You’ve then got to take testosterone replacement therapy. There are a whole lot of different things that you need to take to get your body functioning properly again.

I do my bloods every six months with one of these longevity doctors. It’s a full deep dive review of bloods. You see what’s changing. To be honest, to do that, depending on the jurisdiction you are in, to get the blood test itself is very expensive. If I want to get the list of blood tests that I want to get in a place like Australia, America, or England, blood tests cost me between $5,000 and $7,000 or something like that. It’s because they have to test so many of those things.

I agree with whatever resources you have, you should prioritize your health above everything else. It goes without saying in this space that investing in your health is not a cheap exercise. If you think about all the gadgets with things like the WHOOPs, you talk about the supplements, and then you add the peptides, the high-quality food, and taking blood tests, it’s a big investment in yourself is what I’m saying.

You need to do that upfront work to understand what’s suitable for you as well. We’re hearing that vitamin C is good for but we’re all different. As you suggested in the beginning, we all have different capabilities and capacities. What we should be doing for ourselves needs to be quite bespoke or tailor-made. It’s not like a one-size-fits-all with this whole space.

Mens Anonymous | Andrew Rothschild | Peptides

Correct. Being healthy is expensive. Being unhealthy is more expensive. When you lie in a hospital bed, and you’re not healthy. You’ve got doctors and nurses, you’re paying hospital fees, and getting all kinds of medication. That’s even more expensive than looking after your health. The whole idea is taking precautions. What you’re doing is great with getting your blood test. You can see your inflammation markers and what you’re lacking. It’s very important to have that baseline.

I always say to anyone who’s going on a peptide journey, “Always check. Get the test done. Have a starting point. See where you’re lacking and see what you want to gain. Also, test it again and see that everything’s improving. If it’s not improving, change. Put something else in.” There are so many different ways, but at the end of the day, the whole idea, going back to the basics, is living longer, living healthier, and being able to do what your body is capable of doing. That’s what you want. It’s expensive, but it’s an investment in your health, and it’s priceless. Different jurisdictions have different costs, and there are different implications involved, but shooting blindly in the dark is also not great to do at all.

People get caught up in responding to what they’re seeing on social media or whatever sources they’re getting information from. They’re getting sold or promoted products, thinking they’re doing something healthy for themselves, but it’s not beneficial.

You’re going to Instagram, or whatever social media platform, and you’ll see some guys saying, “Take BPC-157. It’s unbelievable for you. I had a tear and I took it. I injected it into my arm every single day, and my arm is perfect now.” That’s very different. Some people can take BPC, and it might not be as effective and combine it with TB-500. You’ve got to make sure that the dosage is correct.

Also, you’re like, “Where do I get it from? I’m going to buy it online because there’s a website that sells cheap products.” What’s cheap is expensive. It’s the same thing that happened with creatine many years ago. Creatine monohydrate was sold as an amazing supplement to increase adenine triphosphate or ATP. It increased muscle strength and made it stronger, and put on lean muscle mass. A lot of people started buying cheap, low-quality creatine, which is filled with sodium. All that was happening was they were retaining water. As soon as they stopped taking it, the lean muscle that they thought they’d put on never even happened.

Why Take Creatine And How To Find Good Quality Ones

How do we know? This is a good one. I take creatine every day. What should we be looking at with regard to creatine, for example, to know that we’re getting the right creatine?

I always say stick with reputable brands. If you’re buying a brand from a supplement store, which I assume you’re buying it from, the brands should always have a lab report on the quality of their specific supplements, such as creatine in this instance. It’s the same with peptides.

Is there an ingredient or is there some number? What’s the analysis of creatine that I should be looking for as an example? Besides the brand, how do I know it’s good quality creatine?

When I say there are different kinds of creatine, there are some creatines that are already mixed with carbohydrates. There’s some plain creatine. For instance, I’m referring to creatine monohydrate, which is a creatine powder. You should be taking it depending on the person, but I would say between 5 grams and 10 grams every single day. It’s unbelievable for brain health. It’s the most studied supplement ever.

What does it do? Can you explain for the audience? Is it for the same thing? Explain to us why it’s so good to put in your water. It’s easy to have. It’s got very little taste so it’s quite easy to consume. Also explain to us why it’s so important to take creatine.

There are a number of reasons. The number one is it’s a cell volumizer. It gets more water into the muscle. You’ll be able to put on more lean muscle. The more lean muscle you have, the faster your metabolism becomes. The reason why one should be taking creatine is it increases brain health and your plasticity to the brain. It’s been studied.

The more lean muscle you have, the faster your metabolism becomes. Share on X

There are so many studies out there at the moment that show how important creatine is. Doctors have said, “Don’t take creatine. They’re bad for your kidneys. Make sure you drink a lot of water when you take creatine. Drink a lot of water.” Also, all those doctors who were against taking creatine have seen the results and research that have come out, and how important it is for brain health. It’s offsetting dementia and Alzheimer’s. There are so many benefits from taking creatine. It’s not only for men and women.

Why BPC-157 And TB-500 Are Important In The Peptide Space

We’re going into the peptide space. I personally got into peptides because a few years back, I caught up with a friend who is also a bit of a health junkie and with the latest in the health span space. He walked through the door, and the way he looked and his energy, looked like he could walk through walls. I was like, “What are you taking? Who’s your doctor? What are you on?” He was like,
“I’m doing peptides. You’ve got to get onto peptides.” I said, “What are peptides?”

I started getting into it, and it’s much easier. Finding your platform is a bit of a game-changer because it’s a beautiful-looking product, number one. I don’t need to think about the functionality, the ease of using an injectable pen with a little needle, the combination, and the doses. When you get into this space, there are people selling you vials of each of these things. You’ve got needles, and you mix them. It’s not such an easy thing. It maybe would have been like back in the days with steroids, where someone’s telling you what you should do or whatever. It’s not a doctor, per se, where they have a lab.

Let’s get into peptides because there isn’t a lot of research as well. They haven’t done a lot of human trials across all these peptides, but there has been a lot of evidence or anecdotal evidence of what these peptides are doing. I’m going to go through my list of all the ones that are trending. You’ve already dropped them in.

We’ll start with the two that you mentioned before which is BPC-157. The commonly claimed benefits are tendon ligament healing, gut repair, and anti-inflammatory effects. When they ask about the evidence, they say it’s overwhelming. Especially in animals, preclinical, and all that sort of stuff. The TB-500, which you do as a combination on your platform.

The commonly claimed benefits for TB-500 are injury recovery, soft tissue repair, and flexibility. Evidence is in pre-clinical and early research. What can you tell me about your experience? Why do you think these are so powerful? In particular, these two. You have them represented in a lot of your peptide combinations. They’re very important. Why do you see them as so important in that whole peptide universe?

This is the foundation of my journey into peptides. I ran, fell, and had a very bad knee injury. I couldn’t sleep at night. I was in so much pain. I went to see a sports physician. The sports physician said the best thing to do is to go and take PRP. PRP is when they take your own blood and they spin it.

This is Lance Armstrong stuff, the PRP, isn’t it?

Yes. They take the plasma and inject it into the joint to try to increase the blood flow to the knee. I had three injections 2 weeks or 3 weeks apart. I then went overseas, and I was still in pain with my knee. Walking around was painful. I didn’t feel any benefit. I ended up sitting next to a Canadian orthopedic surgeon at dinner. I was chatting to him about PRP, and he was saying, “It’s a very expensive thing to do in Canada.” They’ve started doing these sugar injections around the joint.

Basically, they are injecting sugar water around the joint. It’s a lot cheaper. It stimulates an injury. It causes blood to flow to that area, and helps your body repair it naturally. I got back to South Africa. I spoke to the sports physician that I was going to, and he said, “Let’s do two more shots of PRP and see what happens.” I did shots 4 and shots 5. No effect.

I went to Healthspan and told them what my story was. They were like, “Try peptides.” I was a bit nervous about peptides. I’m not sure about it. I don’t know enough about it. I don’t know what the benefits are, so I started delving into this rabbit hole of research.

How long ago are we talking about?

It was in 2023. I was either trying one more thing or going to see an orthopedic surgeon and having an operation. I was very active every single day. I need to be active. I went on the BPC-157 and TB-500. I don’t like needles. They’re little injections. You don’t even feel it.

They’re very tiny and short. It’s the one injection that you won’t feel.

It’s a very thin fluid. In my first course, I did 5 days on and 2 days off. Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday off, then Monday to Friday again. This was before pens came out. I used to go to the clinic, and they used to mix it to do the injection. By day three, I started feeling huge relief from pain. This is after going through this whole PRP thing. It does work for some people but for me it doesn’t. At the end of my first course, which was 2 weeks or 10 days, I felt 95% better, which was crazy. I was like, “This can’t be.” I went into it not with a negative attitude.

It was like chicken soup. Let’s see what happens.

It’s a game-changer for me.

You’ve become the global ambassador for BPC-157.

For every peptide. In fact, I’m sure it’ll be on your list. There’s one called GHK-Cu.

Don’t jump ahead. I’ve got the whole list. BPC-157 and TB-500. Keep going.

I use it quite often. It’s always good to cycle. I would go on for 8 to 12 weeks, and then go off for a couple of weeks. You don’t want your body to get used to it. The great thing about this peptide or any peptides is that it’s not a cortisone injection that’s masking the pain. It’s very important for anyone reading to understand. It’s not going to take away the pain. You’re going to exercise, and long-term do more damage.

It’s regenerating.

It’s anti-inflammatory. It’s getting blood to the tendons and the ligaments. It’s helping you recover, and helping you get back to where you were when you were younger.

It’s stimulating your own recovery and your own cell regeneration.

I look at what I’m able to do at my age. I’m a little bit older.

How old are you?

I’m in my 50s. I teach classes. I jump.

You’re a mega fit. On the normal distribution curve of fitness, you’re at the right end of the tail in terms of fitness level for your age, surely.

I’m so grateful that I found peptides because it has allowed me to continue doing what I was able to do before I got this injury. When I was injured, I was like, “What am I going to do now? How am I going to be able to teach classes? How am I going to be able to train the way I train?” You go through this whole mental doubt of like, “What am I going to do next? How did life catch up on me?” The whole thing with what I do and the longevity of everything that I take is I want to be able to stay and do what I’m doing until I can’t live anymore.

I’ve gotten to a stage where I’m always the oldest person around, but I still can keep up with youngsters. I enjoy every single second. Not that I’m trying to compete with a youngster because I know that’s not realistic, but I’m still able to train and change people’s lives in a positive way, being able to do what I do. I’m very grateful for peptides. Also, the fact that I’m able to exercise and I’ve got the ability. It’s a privilege to be able to exercise. Everyone’s like, “I don’t have the time.” It is so important to find the time. It’s not even a lot of time. You need 45 minutes, 3 times a week. That’s it.

It is a privilege to be able to exercise. Find the time to do it, even if it is not a lot of time. Share on X

How The CJC-1295 Peptide Works

Let’s go to the next one. I want to ask you about CJC-1295, which says better sleep recovery, lean mass, anti-aging, and fat loss.

CJC is a growth hormone peptide that we normally mix together with Ipamorelin.

They go together. That is also sleep recovery and body re-composition.

I’ve taken that peptide before. I still take it. I think it’s the most phenomenal peptide.

Which one? The CJC one?

Ipamorelin and CJC together.

You do them as a combination.

It’s best to take it before you go to sleep at night. Remember, your body releases growth hormones when you sleep at night. This is not a human growth hormone. You’re not putting anything that’s playing with your insulin levels into your body that’s going to cause your cells to keep reproducing. Not at all.

When that happens, that’s a cancerous route as well if it makes your body do that.

Everything gets bigger with that. Your organs get bigger. People’s features get bigger. Also, if you’ve got any dormant cancer cells, it can also cause them to replenish beyond what your body is capable of doing, and that can cause cancer. Saying that, it’s always good to check your inflammation markers first before you go into any peptide or any growth hormone peptide.

What CJC and Ipamorelin do is they increase your body’s ability to recover. By doing that, it makes your cells also replenish back to within the levels you are individually capable of achieving. To simplify, if my growth hormone levels when I was 20 were 100 and your growth hormone levels when you were 20 were 200. I’m never going to get to 200. I’m probably going to get closer to 100.

I might get to 90 or 85. I’m never going to get higher than that. It’s working within my body’s capabilities. You’re going to get back to that 190, 180, or 200 mark. That’s why it’s so important to understand that it works within what your body is capable of. It’s not a continual reproduction of cells. We talked about WHOOP earlier.

Why You Should Get A WHOOP

I’m the last out of all my friends who are not on WHOOPs. Why is that becoming such a great product that’s been well-received by people? I caught up with a friend. He was like, “Have you seen that? I had a 75% recovery rate. I’m on fire.” I’m like, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

I love WHOOP. I think it’s an incredible product.

Tell me why.

I’m sponsored by them.

Why should I go and get a WHOOP?

You wear it for the first week, and it’s like, “I don’t know why it’s telling me I’m sleeping X amount.” It takes time to calibrate your body. You give it a week. two weeks, or whatever it is, as it calibrates to your body. If I wake up in the morning and it says my sleep is 60%, I don’t go, “I’m a bit tired. I can’t train today.” A lot of people get dictated to by the stats. In some instances, great for them. For me, I’m like, “I didn’t see Bob, but I’m going to exercise hard.” That’s the way that I operate. What I did with a WHOOP, which I found interesting, is I monitored what my recovery was and what my sleep was like.

That’s helping you do things like, “I’m going to cut coffee for the next two weeks. How does that affect my sleep? How does that affect my recovery?”

To those of you who don’t know what a WHOOP is, it’s a band you wear around your wrist. It’s got a little monitor that monitors everything. There are no buttons on it. You cannot change anything. Once it’s calibrated with your body, it’s calibrated with your body. You can’t go, “My sleep score is 60. How do I make it 90?” Push a button and make it 90. It doesn’t work like that.

It’s all linked to your body. It’s a tracker that can only track what is happening in your body. You can’t adjust the tracking. It knows your age. It calibrates over time. It knows your sleep patterns. It will track based on what your body does. I took CJC and Ipamorelin, and I was like, “Let’s see what all the hype is about.” My recovery and my sleep went up from 64% to 97%.

That’s the only change you think you made.

I did nothing different. I never changed my caffeine intake. I never did a single thing differently. My nutrition was the same. All I wanted to see was if I took this peptide at night for eight weeks, what would happen? I measured it after six weeks. My recovery went up more about 50% something and my sleep as well.

With the pen that you have, do you have that as a combination pen?

It’s a combination pen.

What’s it called, recovery? What is it?

It’s called the Regen.

To understand, you can use this regen pen at night, which is the CJC plus the Ipamorelin. You can use that at night. During the day, you can use your glow, which is your BPC-157 and TB-500 combination. Is the GHK in there? I can’t remember what the third one is.

I’ve got the names mixed up. Regen is the BPC-157 and TB-500. The glow is the BPC-157 and TB-500, plus the GHK-Cu.

Can I use that during the day and at night use the Ipamorelin and CJC?

Correct. No problem. That’s exactly what I did. I did BPC-157, TB -500, and the GHK-Cu.

When is the best time to take this? Pre-food, in the morning, or at night? Does it matter?

Ipamorelin and CJC might make you feel a little bit tired because your body is releasing growth hormones. You must remember the body is catabolic and anabolic. When you’re training and exercising, it’s catabolic. It’s breaking muscle down. When you’re sleeping, it’s anabolic. That’s when growth hormones are released. You want to take it 30 minutes before going to bed in full maximum without the Ipamorelin and the CJC.

Skin Firmness, Skin Repair, and Anti-Aging Through The Blue Liquid

The next one I have on the list is the GHK you mentioned before. It talks about the commonly claimed benefits, which I think people would be very interested in, the skin firmness, the wound skin repair, and the anti-aging effect. That’s a blue liquid if I recall, this GHK. What people tend to comment on and the comments that people say are, “What have you done to your skin? Have you taken Botox? Have you done treatments?” It’s from that GHK peptide. It makes your skin glow. That’s when I saw my friend a few years back, when he walked in the room. That’s what I saw on reflection. He looked younger.

It’s a copper peptide. It’s unbelievable. They call it Botox from the inside out. It’s an incredible peptide for getting rid of fine lines and wrinkles. It regenerates wound healing. It’s brilliant for rebuilding cartilage. It’s the most incredible peptide. They call it the glow pen because everyone will say, “You’ve got that GHK-Cu glow.”

Somebody said to me, “Did you take GHK-Cu because you’re glowing? You look like a dolphin.” I don’t know what that means. No one has ever told me I look like a dolphin. Maybe it’s because I shaved my head. That’s another very important thing like shaving heads. It is also unbelievable for your hair, skin, and nails. If I take GHK-Cu, I normally shave my head every second day. If I take GHK-Cu, I could shave my hair in the morning and the evening.

I’ve noticed strong nail growth as well.

I’ve missed the boat in getting strong hair, but it’s taking away the inflammation of the hair follicle. Inflammation is caused by stress. Stress causes your head to fall out. By taking GHK, all the new research is showing that it can improve the ability of your body not to lose hair, which is amazing or regenerate new hair follicles, which is unreal.

Why GLP-1 Medicines Should Be Used With Caution

One of the peptides that is relatively controversial, which I know a lot of people are taking, is the GLP-1s. What’s your position or what are your thoughts on the GLP-1s, in general, for the purpose of losing weight? They do have medical benefits or other reasons.

Ozempic, for example, was the big fad. Everyone was taking Ozempic to lose weight. The problem with Ozempic is that it works on one receptor. What happens if it shuts off your need for hunger? People don’t eat. When they don’t eat, they lose weight but also, they lose a lot of lean muscle. As you get older, you want to retain as much lean muscle as possible. That’s what makes you age. If you lose lean muscle, then your bones get brittle and you can get osteoporosis. There are all kinds of side effects that go with it.

A lot of people are getting that Ozempic face or that drawn face. I know a lot of people who have been on Ozempic, and it’s worked great for them. They’re happy. They said they’d rather lose a bit of lean muscle and be a little bit thinner than they were. They seem very happy about it. For me, I don’t like anything that’s not sustainable. There’s Retatrutide, which everyone is talking about.

I know the Mounjaro, which is already an iteration.

This works on three receptors. What Retatrutide does is it’s the same thing where it limits your desire to eat, but it doesn’t shut off your hunger cravings. You’ll still be able to eat. It also burns fat. It uses glucagon. Glucagon causes your body to use fat for energy as opposed to maximum carbohydrates for energy. There are a lot of people on Retatrutide, and they’re getting amazing results in terms of losing fat.

I haven’t heard that one.

That’s all the hype. I always say the best thing to do with something like that is to microdose it. Do small dosages. You need to take it once a week. That’s it. Unfortunately, a lot of people get addicted because they want this magic bullet. They want results quickly, so they overdose. When I say overdose, they take too much. It doesn’t make you feel great when you take too much of the stuff. You have to do it slowly. Do 1 milligrams to 2 milligrams per week. That’s all you need. Slowly build it up, but don’t go more than once a week. Do it in microdoses or small amounts and you’ll get incredible results.

GLP-1 must be taken slowly because it slowly builds up. Do not go more than once a week and you will get incredible results. Share on X

How To Start Consuming Peptides

You’ve captured the general gist of the peptide space. There’s a multitude of different peptides you can take, but you’ve hit on the ones mostly being used. One of the questions I have is, what is your advice to someone who has never taken them? Who can they go speak to? If you go to a doctor, most doctors will say, “I don’t suggest you take peptides.”

I don’t know much about peptides, but it’s not within the traditional medical scope that the doctor’s going to tell you, “I think you should do that. It’s good for you.” It doesn’t happen. What are the trusted sources or resources that individuals can tap into, speak to, or research so that they can access them in the correct way?

The company that I always say is HealthspanMedical.co.za. You can go to the website and find a lot of information about peptides. You can also contact them if you want a consultation on what the right thing to do is as well. Also, PurePeptides.co.za has a lot of information. It’s very important to get your blood work done. Don’t shoot blindly in the dark. Don’t buy cheap stuff because it will come back and haunt you.

Stick with reputable companies. They should all have their peptides tested by a third-party independent lab. If you want those results, you should be able to ask, and you should be able to get them. I wouldn’t say take anything less than 99.5% purity because that’s very important. Going back to your question right in the beginning, how do you know what’s in the vial or what’s in the pen? It’s what it says it is. That’s why you want to stick with reputable companies.

Blood work is expensive, but if you know what blood to test for, such as your inflammation markers, your liver function, or whatever it is. You’ll be guided correctly by a professional team whose passion is helping people. Some of the peptides are amazing, especially with what they do for people who have had long COVID, autoimmune disease, cancers, and strokes. It’s not just, “I want to look good physically. I want to get a six pack,” or, “I want to heal a small injury.” The benefits are far and wide in terms of what peptides can do for you.

Answering Five Rapid-Fire Questions

It’s incredible. I appreciate your time on the show. What I usually do with my guests to finish off is I ask them five questions. You give your immediate response. I’m going to ask away. Who would you like to say sorry to, given the chance?

Probably my wife. I say sorry every day.

What are you proud of being or doing in your life?

I’m proud of other people. I’m proud of being able to help people achieve their best. That motivates me and inspires me every day.

When did you receive kindness while needing it most and expecting it least?

It’s my upbringing, my parents. My parents have always supported me and have always been kind to me. That’s a great foundation for me as a parent. When you become a parent, you realize what your parents sacrificed and what they’ve given to you.

That is so true. You sound like you’ve got a good relationship with your parents. What did your mother or father teach you that you frequently remind yourself of?

I’ve got a great relationship, thank goodness. Always be kind to people, and whatever you do, do it without any expectation. Do it because you want to do it. Don’t do it because you want something in return.

Do something because you want to do it, not because you want something in return. Share on X

The final one is, what is your superpower?

My superpower is the ability to change people’s mindsets to believe that they’re capable of achieving what they thought was impossible.

You’re a life coach, effectively.

I guess so.

I appreciate your time on this. It’s a fascinating subject. It’s current and relevant to what’s going on. There’s a big trend towards people investing more in their health and health span, living a longer life, but living a longer, healthier life. You’re at the forefront of this. I appreciate your time. I hope the readers got a lot out of what we talked about. Thank you.

Thanks so much for having me, Daniel. Keep doing what you’re doing. You’re amazing at what you do. You make such a difference in so many people’s lives, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

I appreciate it. Thank you.
